The sea is only 300 meters from the villa, and the villa can be a great starting point for exploring the nearby natural beauties and the historic city of Zadar. Paklenica National Park and the impressive mountain Velebit are 14 km away, while the Riviera and Starigrad are 9 km away. There are two shops in the village itself, here you will find everything for a perfect vacation.
Villa Karukera Interior
The villa has 270 square meters of living space. It consists of 4 bedrooms that can comfortably host 10 people. Three rooms have a large king size bed, while the fourth has four bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with king size beds have an en suite bathroom while the remaining two share a bathroom. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 10 people and a spacious living room. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, bench seat, coffee table and a flat screen tv. For those who like a more active vacation, there is a gym. Table soccer is an additional benefit for guaranteed fun. The entire space is air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is available.

Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival / departure on SATURDAY. The villa can be reserved exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. Deposit of 500 € must be paid in cash upon entry. It will be returned at check out. Prices include cleaning costs and tourist tax. The villa does not accept groups of young people or pets.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
